How do I find my size if I have never bought from you before?+
The sizing chart on each product page lists measurements in centimetres for bust, underbust, and hip. We recommend measuring yourself with a soft tape rather than going by the size you usually buy elsewhere, because our sizing runs true to body measurement rather than to a standard garment size. If you are between two sizes, the notes on each chart tell you which way to go for that specific style.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order, not at dispatch. We do not store card details on our end.
How long does shipping take, and is there a tracking number?+
Orders ship within two business days. Standard delivery takes five to eight business days depending on your location. Every order gets a tracking number by email once it leaves us, so you can follow it the whole way.
Can I return or exchange something if the fit is not right?+
Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unworn, untagged item. We process refunds within five business days of receiving the return. We do not currently offer direct exchanges, but you can return and reorder in the correct size.
Do the colours look accurate on screen?+
We photograph on a neutral grey background under daylight-balanced lighting and do not retouch the fabric colour. Oatmeal is a warm off-white, chalk is cooler and closer to white, slate is a medium grey-blue. If you are unsure, the product pages include a fabric swatch photo alongside the full garment shot.
Do the bras and briefs shrink in the wash?+
The organic cotton pieces can shrink slightly on the first wash if put in at high heat. We recommend a 30-degree cycle and air drying. The nylon-cotton pieces are more stable and can go in at 40 degrees without issue. Full care instructions are printed on the label of every piece.
