Surf Conquest publishes this site under the plain terms below. Using the site means you agree to them.

Surf Conquest's photos, fabric notes and articles are our own work unless we credit someone else. Reading and linking are always welcome; commercial copying is not, unless you ask us first and we agree.

We keep Surf Conquest's pages accurate, but prices, stock in sizes XS to 3XL and dispatch times can change before a page is updated. If a listing and our reply ever disagree, our reply wins: it is the confirmed figure and date you should plan around.

Surf Conquest's website does not collect payment on its own. Before an order counts as final, we write to you setting out exactly which bras or briefs you are getting, what they cost in yen, and how they will reach you, and you confirm.

How each order reaches you, and what delivery costs, is agreed before you commit. Damage in transit or an item that does not match its description is our problem, not yours: tell Surf Conquest promptly and a replacement or a refund will follow. This is separate from the 30-day return window for fit.

Surf Conquest is responsible for what is published on this site to the extent that the law requires. We cannot be held liable for external websites we link to, or for decisions you make based only on the general information here; for anything specific about fit or fabric, ask us.

If Surf Conquest alters how it sells, ships or handles returns, these terms will be updated to match. Only the text currently on this page applies, and anything significant that changes will be shown here for you to read.

The law of the place where Surf Conquest is established applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from the use of this site.
